artisan pasta : our Bucatini is a long, hallow, pasta which facilitates uniform cooking. the bronze die cut method gives this pasta a porous texture that allows sauces to adhere more easily. it’s carefully dried on a wooden rack and packed by hand

organic tomato passata : authentic & classic, from an azienda in Maremma, southern Tuscany .

organic olive oil : black garlic is the result of aging over weeks creating a softer, molasses-like flavour, making it a more delicate option than the raw bulb. drizzle on our pasta, pizza or use to grill veggies.

Italian herb mix : spice things up. our blend gets its reddish colour from a mix of paprika, chili flakes and dried tomatoes. it's subtle rosemary, parsley, bay leaf, basil and garlic notes quickly give way to the heat of chili pepper.

tapenade : rich, black, naturally-ripened Beldi olives blended with capers, garlic and sundried tomatoes to make an umami rich paste. an award winning combination which pairs with any cheese board or charcuterie plate.
